DZAB (“we,” “our,” or “us”) operates the PresenTrak mobile application (“App”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our App.

1. Information We Collect

We may collect the following information from employees using the App:

• Location Data: Collected only when the employee checks in. Location updates are sent in the background every 15 minutes until the employee checks out.
• Basic Device Information: Such as device ID, operating system, and app version (for functionality and troubleshooting).
• Attendance Records: Check-in and check-out times for attendance tracking.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

• To record accurate attendance of employees.
• To verify that employees (e.g., marketing staff) are present at the locations assigned by their admin during working hours.
• To provide admins with attendance reports and location verification.
• To improve app performance, reliability, and security.

3. Background Location Access

Background location is accessed only after check-in. Location updates are sent to the admin every 15 minutes during office hours. Background location tracking stops automatically when the employee checks out. We do not track location outside of office hours or without the employee’s check-in.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal or location data with advertisers or third parties. Data is shared only with the employer/admin for attendance management and compliance purposes. Legal authorities may receive data if required by law.

5. Data Retention

Attendance and location data are stored only for the period required by the employer (e.g., monthly or quarterly reports). After the retention period, data is securely deleted.

6. Security of Your Information

We use appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Children’s Privacy

Our App is intended for use by employees and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

8. Your Rights

Employees have the right to:

• Request access to their stored data.
• Request correction or deletion of their attendance/location records.
• Contact their employer/admin for data-related requests.

9. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “10/Sep/2025”.
