4. User Account Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree not to share login details or allow unauthorized access.
• The company is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from misuse of your credentials.

5. Subscription, Payment & Renewal

• All subscription plans, fees, and validity periods are listed on the website.
• Payments are processed securely through AirPay Payment Gateway or other approved processors.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.
• Taxes, if applicable, shall be borne by the user.

The maximum liability of the company, if proven, shall not exceed the subscription amount paid for the current period.

10. Suspension or Termination

12. Chargebacks & Disputes

Users agree to contact support@presentrak.com before raising a chargeback or dispute with the bank or payment gateway. In case of a dispute, Dzab Soft Pvt Ltd will provide necessary transaction evidence to the payment processor. All disputes shall be governed by Indian laws and subject to the jurisdiction of Jaipur, Rajasthan (India) courts.
