1. Nature of Service
PresenTrak is a subscription-based software product offering digital attendance, HR, and payroll management tools. All services are delivered electronically and activated upon successful payment confirmation.
2. Subscription & Payment Terms
- Subscription charges are displayed on the pricing page before checkout.
- Payments are processed securely through AirPay, ensuring data privacy and transaction safety.
- By completing a payment, you acknowledge and agree to our Terms of Service and this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds will be considered only in the following cases:
- Duplicate payment due to technical error.
- Amount charged but service not activated within 7 (seven) working days.
- Transaction failure where the customer’s account was debited but the order was not confirmed on PresenTrak’s system.
Note: Refunds will not be issued for:
- Change of mind or discontinuation of use after activation.
- Partial usage of the subscription period.
- Issues arising from network, device, or user-side configuration errors after activation.
Once a digital subscription is activated, it is deemed as service “delivered,” and the transaction becomes non-refundable.
4. Refund Request Procedure
To request a refund, please email support@presentrak.com within 7 calendar days of the transaction with the following details:
- Registered name / organization name
- Transaction ID and date
- Amount paid and payment method
- Reason for refund request
Our accounts team will review and process eligible refunds within 7–10 business days. Refunds will be credited back to the original mode of payment used during purchase.
5. Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel their subscription at any time through their account dashboard or by contacting support.
- Cancellations stop future renewals.
- No partial or prorated refunds are provided for unused days in an active subscription.
6. Chargebacks & Dispute Resolution
If a customer raises a payment dispute or chargeback with the bank or payment processor, Dzab Soft Pvt Ltd reserves the right to:
- Provide relevant transaction and service delivery evidence to the payment gateway or issuing bank.
- Suspend or terminate the associated account until the dispute is resolved.
All disputes arising from payments shall be governed by Indian laws and fall under the jurisdiction of Jaipur, Rajasthan (India) courts.
