How It Works
The mobile attendance application allows employees to mark their attendance directly from their phone without needing a biometric machine. It supports both In-Time and Out-Time marking. Employees can also view their monthly attendance record, as well as their complete past attendance history from the app. In addition, the app provides options to submit leave requests, check salary records, and track both present and past attendance details.
The system provides a complete calculation of an employee’s total working hours at the end of each month. It clearly shows how much time an employee has spent inside the office and how much time they were absent. Additionally, when staff mark their attendance using the mobile app, the system also tracks their location. Based on the location, the system automatically identifies whether the attendance was marked inside the office or from another place.
The Salary Module ensures transparent and accurate salary calculation by integrating employee attendance and total working hours. It automatically adjusts salaries based on leave deductions and allows HR/Admin to manage allowances and deductions in real time. Additionally, it supports printing salary slips and generating comprehensive salary lists for efficient payroll management.
In our attendance software PresenTrak, leave management is fully integrated. Employees can submit leave requests directly through the mobile app by selecting the type of leave such as PL (Paid Leave), CL (Casual Leave), or TL (Travel Leave). Once a request is submitted, it instantly appears on the Admin Panel where the Owner/Admin can approve or reject it. As soon as the decision is made, the status is automatically updated on the employee’s mobile app in real time.
